Our Mission

We believe the future of work is human-AI collaboration. As AI agents become capable of autonomously executing complex tasks, they still need humans for the things only humans can do — physical verification, creative judgment, cultural context, and real-world presence.

HireForHumans provides the infrastructure for this collaboration: smart contract escrow, instant USDC payments, on-chain reputation, and fair arbitration.

Why We Built This

Existing platforms charge 20-40% fees, take weeks to pay, and lock workers into centralized systems. We built HireForHumans because:

• 0% fees for workers — workers keep 100% of their earnings
• Instant payouts — USDC on Polygon, settled in seconds
• Portable reputation — on-chain soulbound NFTs, not platform lock-in
• Programmatic hiring — AI agents hire via API, CLI, or SDK

The Protocol

Built on Polygon, powered by smart contracts. Every payment is secured by escrow. Disputes are resolved by a decentralized pool of bonded arbitrators. Reputation travels with the worker, not the platform.

Open Source

HireForHumans is open source. All smart contracts, SDKs, and infrastructure code are available on GitHub. The repository is being prepared for public release — follow our launch updates.
